Materials:
Plastic
All plastic components retain their properties in the temperature
range of -30°C to 60°C. All plastic materials are UV and ozone
protected to the maximum within the frames of the strongest
environmental demands. Only plastic materials and additives in
compliance with the EN 71 standard are used.
Wood
Wood is harvested from plantations with sound re-forestation
programs. The variety of wood is
specially selected for use in playgrounds, which are made of good
quality pine ( Pinus Sylvestris ), full-squared, planed, with
rounded edges and without dead knots. Pressure impregnated with
Tanalith E according to EN 351-1 and EN 335-2 under carefully
controlled conditions to ensure minimal environmental impacts.
Metal
All metal parts are dimensioned for heavy-duty, industrial
application. Types of metal used
are steel, stainless steel. All joints above the ground are screws
or bolted joints. To protect steel parts against corrosion, they
are all subjected to one of the following basic treatments:
· Hot-dip galvanising (all fabrication prior to galvanisation ).
· Electro-coating of paint (EC-painting)
· Wet painting after EC-painting

FAQ
1. How to maintain and clean the indoor playground?
Maintenance: Everyone should take off his shoes when entering the
indoor playground; the EVA mat must be avoided to step by shoes
with high heels.
Cleaning: Use cleaning rag to clean the surface of the indoor
playground periodically.
2. If I have an indoor playground of 100 square meter, how many
kids can be accommodated at one time?
Normally, one square meter space can accommodate 1-2 children. So
100 square meter indoor playground can accommodate to 100-200
children at one time.
3. Are there any limits about the height? How high do you usually
make? Will it be dangerous if we make it higher than the normal?
The height depends on the area size of your place. We must leave
30cm from the ceiling. Normally, we make two floors 2.8m while
three floors
4.1m.If we have the space to make it higher, it’s also possible and
won’t be dangerous
4. How long does it take to get a plan or design ? How about the
production time?
It depends on the size of your playground. Take a 100m2 indoor
playground as an example, It takes 2-3days to finish an initial
design and about 15days for production. If you have a large or
complex project, it may take a bit longer.
5. How much will your indoor playground cost ?
As the indoor playground is always custom designed and involves
many products and accessories, the price has to be calculated based
on the final design.
